Property Description

This building is located in the Pease International Tradeport, the former US Air Force base which was converted into a 3,000 acre office park in the early 1990's. This project began as a 38,000 square foot office building, similar to 183 International Drive. The building was developed for Sprague Energy, as the company's US headquarters. Approximately a year after construction was completed, an additional 16,000 square feet was added to the building in order to accommodate a new trading floor.
