Located on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, Nevada Towers is a 280-unit, 30-story cooperative built in 1977. During the development, the project went bankrupt, and a group of investors led by Sirius LLC, purchased the property resolved all of the debt issues and completed construction. After a decade of operating the "Nevada" as a rental building, it was converted it to a condo/cooperative. The sponsors began selling the apartment units in 1988, while retaining ownership of the ground floor commercial. In 2017 the commercial unit was sold to an institutional investor.
