JESSE KRASNOW

Jesse holds a B.A. from Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania and is a Certified Public Accountant

Jesse has over 48 years of hands-on experience in managing and renovating residential and commercial properties, structuring acquisitions, workouts  and dispositions of properties of all sizes and types. His ancillary skills include tax planning and litigation management.

Past milestones include negotiating and structuring four coop/condo conversions involving over 1200 apartment units, managing dozens of equity and debt financings of $1,000,000 to $75,000,000 and supervising the marketing and leasing of over 1000 apartment units and dozens of stores, offices, flex and warehouse properties  and parking facilities

Jesse has devoted extraordinary time and resources, as a board member and chairman, to nurturing non-for-profit organizations. His efforts have concentrated on projects and initiatives, including, WestHab, American Friends of Ilan, UJA/Caring Commission and Bet Am Shalom Synagogue and Camp JRF (Havaya) that focus primarily on helping the physically and economically disadvantaged.
