Property Description

The Mast Road site was originally the site of a sand and gravel pit. Our joint-venture with a local developer included extensive site planning and creation of infrastructure. The first site developed on the property was an 80,000 sq. ft. distribution center for the specialty food group, Stonewall Kitchens. In the Summer of 2020, an additional 80,000 sq. fit building was erected for Stonewall. There is space for an additional 100,000 sq. ft. of industrial/warehouse space that we are hoping to develop in the near future.

 

Shortly after the site work was completed, Rand-Whitney purchased a portion of the property, on which they built a 130,000 square foot corrugated box facility.
