Commerce Park is a 76,509 sq. ft. mixed-use project composed of six buildings, a retail bank, leased to Wells Fargo and five office buildings, leased to various medical and research tenants. The site comprises approximately 8.5 acres with parking for 350 cars.

 

Commerce Park was purchased in June 2010, and was the first joint-venture between Celestial Capital Group and Sirius LLC.
