TRACY MEHLMAN

Tracy joined Sirius LLC shortly after earning a B.S. in Entrepreneurial Studies from the Silberman College of Business at Fairleigh Dickinson University, in 2008. He began as an assistant property manager, ​learning the intricacies of property management. His practical education soon expanded to dealing with the NYC Department of Buildings, tenant relations and representing Sirius LLC at monthly meetings of condo and co-op boards. Tracy became increasingly involved with property maintenance, mechanical systems and construction, including design, material selections and supervision of construction personnel. Tracy earned his Property Management certification from NYU.

Since being made a partner and Vice President in 2017, Tracy has expanded his responsibilities, and shifted his focus. Around this time, Sirius began to pursue new investment opportunities, expand their investor pool and identify new joint-venture partners. As a result, Tracy became the point-person on acquisitions, investment underwriting & analysis, fundraising and investor relations. He has also taken a larger role in the asset management side of the business, where he is actively participating in and managing refinancing, major capital projects and leasing of retail, medical and office space.

In January 2025, Tracy was made President of Sirius LLC.
